Introduction
Incidents and structural support can be dealt with in many ways but the most obvious way is to use your (remote) server. VNC, Citrix, MS Remote Desktop Connection, Apple Remote Desktop etc., they can all be the underlying 'infrastructure' to give you the support you need.

In many cases we combine Remote Support with a Skype connection. On one hand to give guidance to where things are happening and on the other hand so we can tell you what we are doing and why things are not working as expected.

How do we get started
Once you have a Support Kit you can add a ticket to our Support System and, when urgent, call us (+49 2822 97 58 36) to make an appointment.The Support System will recognize you as a client with a Support Kit.
